Build Real Systems.
Stop Collecting Tips.

A 12-week, cohort-based practitioner program for people who are done watching AI from the sidelines — and ready to actually build the workflows, automations, and AI systems that change how they work.

The Problem

You've saved 600 tips.
You've built almost nothing.

You follow the right people. You watch the YouTube videos. You've bookmarked enough tools to fill a small library. But when it's time to actually build something, you freeze. Sound familiar?

📚

Knowledge without structure

You have fragments — prompts, screenshots, thread bookmarks — but no mental model connecting them. So you can't actually ship anything.

🔄

The tutorial loop

You finish one tutorial and immediately look for the next one. Tutorials feel like progress but rarely create it. It's a treadmill with no destination.

Hype without application

Every week there's a "new thing that changes everything." You chase it. You never go deep. Depth is where the real advantage lives — and you haven't found it yet.

🤔

No accountability, no deadline

Self-paced learning works great for people with clear direction. Most of us need a forcing function — a cohort, a reason to show up on Tuesday.

The gap isn't information. You have more than enough information. The gap is the jump from consumer to builder — and that jump requires a structured environment, real feedback, and work that actually ships. That's what this program is designed to close.

How It Works

Not a course. A certification program
built for practitioners.

The AI Certification Course is a 12-week, cohort-based practitioner program. Over three months, you'll move from "I know about AI" to "I build with AI" — earning your certification by completing four real-world systems you can actually use or deploy. No fluff, no vague frameworks. You will write prompts that work, build automations that run, and leave with a portfolio of systems you shipped.

Every week combines a live teaching session, a hands-on build session, and an async deliverable. You're not just learning — you're doing. By the time the cohort ends, you won't just know how AI works. You'll have proof.

Real builds, not slides

Every module ends with something you made — not a quiz, not a reflection, an actual working system.

Cohort energy

You're building alongside professionals who are equally serious and equally busy. It matters.

Honest certification

Your cert is earned by portfolio review — not completion percentage. It actually means something.

The Program Arc

Your 12 Weeks

This isn't a topic list. It's a deliberate progression — each phase builds on the last, and nothing is introduced before you're ready to use it.

Weeks 1–2 · Foundation

Getting your footing — and your mental model

Before you build anything, you need to think like a builder. We spend the first two weeks replacing the consumer mindset with a practitioner's framework: how AI models actually work, why prompts fail, and how to read tool documentation without getting lost. Graduates consistently call it the two weeks that make everything else click.

Model fundamentalsPrompt engineeringBuilder's mindset
Weeks 3–5 · Core Systems

Building your first real systems — three of them

You'll build an AI-powered content engine, a research and synthesis system, and a personal knowledge assistant. Each one is a genuine, deployable system — not a toy project. We iterate live, break things together, and debug in the open so you learn how to navigate failure, not just success.

Weeks 6–8 · Automation & Integration

Connecting tools so they actually talk to each other

Isolated AI prompts are table stakes. The real leverage is in connected systems — where one tool triggers another, output feeds forward, and the whole thing runs without you babysitting it. By Week 8, your systems work while you sleep.

Weeks 9–10 · Advanced Applications

Custom agents, specialized models, and smarter outputs

You're no longer a beginner. Now we go deeper — custom AI agents that handle multi-step tasks, fine-tuned prompting for specialized domains, and output evaluation frameworks so you stop guessing whether your AI is actually working. This is where most programs end. We're still two weeks from the finish line.

Weeks 11–12 · Capstone & Certification

Your signature build — and your certification

You choose your capstone: a real system solving a real problem in your field. You present it live to the cohort and an expert panel. It gets reviewed, critiqued, and refined. If it meets the standard, you earn your certification — not because you sat through 12 weeks of videos, but because you built something that works.

Is this for you?

We only accept people we're confident we can help. Read this carefully — it saves us both time.

  • You already consume AI content and want to move from knowledge to execution
  • You can commit 6–8 hours per week for 12 weeks — this is not a passive program
  • You're a professional, freelancer, founder, or creator who wants to integrate AI into real work
  • You've tried self-directed learning and found you need structure and accountability
  • You want a credential you actually earned — not one that means "I bought a course"
  • You're okay being challenged, debugging things that break, and showing up consistently

✕  This isn't for you if…

  • You're brand new to AI and have never used a modern AI tool in any capacity
  • You want a passive, watch-at-your-own-pace experience with no accountability
  • You're looking for get-rich-quick AI side hustles or overnight transformation
  • You can't dedicate real time — the program is demanding by design
  • You need to learn software development — this is no-code and no-code focused

What graduates say

★★★★★

"I've taken three other AI courses. This is the only one where I actually built something by the end of week one. By week six, I had an automated content system running for my agency. The ROI was immediate."

MR
Marcus R.
Founder, Marketing Agency · Cohort 1
★★★★★

"I was skeptical of the certification. I thought it would be another completion badge. It's not. The capstone review was genuinely rigorous — and getting through it felt like something real. It's on my LinkedIn and has opened conversations."

SP
Sarah P.
Operations Lead, SaaS Company · Cohort 2
★★★★★

"The cohort model is what makes this work. Doing it alone, I stall every time. With a group that's equally serious, you just keep going. I made a real professional network through this program, not just AI skills."

DK
David K.
Independent Consultant · Cohort 1
★★★★★

"I went in thinking I needed to learn more tools. I came out realizing I needed a system, not more tools. The mental shift in the first two weeks was worth the entire investment. Everything else was a bonus."

Real questions from people who went through the application. No marketing speak.

No. This program is built for non-technical professionals who want to build real AI systems without writing code. We use no-code and low-code tools throughout. If you're technically inclined, you'll find plenty of depth — but a coding background is not required or assumed.
You'll fill out a short application (10 minutes max) about your background, goals, and what you're hoping to build. We review every application and typically respond within 48 hours. If there's a fit, we'll schedule a 20-minute call to answer your questions. We accept applications because small cohorts work, and we keep them small.
Realistically, 6–8 hours. This includes two live sessions (~2 hours each), one build session (90 minutes), and async project work. Sessions are recorded, so if you miss a live you can catch up — but the cohort dynamic works best when you show up. If 6–8 hours isn't something you can protect right now, this probably isn't the right time.
Everyone hits a rough week. The curriculum has buffer built in, and instructors check in with anyone who goes quiet for more than a few days. In serious cases, we've held spots for people to join the next cohort if life genuinely intervenes. We're here to get you across the finish line — but you have to show up and communicate.
We offer a 14-day refund window from the cohort start date. If you complete Weeks 1–2, attend the sessions, do the deliverables, and genuinely feel it's not what you expected, we'll refund you in full — no hoops, no argument. After Week 2, refunds aren't available. We take our side of the equation seriously.
All sessions are live and recorded. Live sessions run Tuesday and Thursday evenings (Eastern Time, 7–9 PM) and Saturday mornings (10 AM–12 PM ET). About 70% of participants attend live; the rest catch up async within 48 hours. If you're outside the US, check whether the timezone works before applying.
Your certification is issued as a verifiable digital credential with a public URL. It shows your name, the program, the cohort year, and a description of the capstone project you completed. Anyone who wants to verify it can click the link. It's honest about what it represents: you built something real and had it reviewed by practitioners.
The core curriculum uses tools that are either free or have generous free tiers. Realistically, you'll spend $20–$50/month on AI API credits and one or two SaaS subscriptions if you don't already have them. We'll tell you exactly what to set up before Week 1 — no surprises.
